We will take the hassle out of all your AV planning, we will be your liaison between the venue and stakeholders. We will conduct site inspections, danger assessments and site floor plans of your venue. We will also advise on the best combination of gear to wow your audience with the budget and your return on investment in mind.

After our initial assessments, planning and advice, we execute management of your AV setup on the day. We will organise technical runsheets and strong coffee to keep key contractors running to a tight setup schedule. 

During your show we give live technical direction to all your operators, sticking to our technical runsheet. If things start to go astray, we will "improvise, adapt and overcome" the situation to keep your show running smoothly on all technical levels.

If you also engage us to create your content, you will have the people making your content, with you in the trenches, planning your show with you from the inception of your event to the execution on the day. This is a winning combination for any live event.
